Q: Where are you located?
A: We are currently located in Austin & Dallas, Texas.
Q: Do you have a storefront?
A: Currently we do not. All of our products are available online, at our trade shows, or one of our retailers.
Q: What types of shirts do you use?
A: Our shirts are Anvil preshrunk tees, 100% cotton.
Q: What sizes are offered?
A: We offer sizes Small to 2XL. If you need a larger size, shoot us an email and we’ll let you know if we can help you on your request.
Q: What are the Washing instructions?
A: We always recommend checking con la abuela - she always knows how to clean stuff. BUT, if you were to ask us, we recommend machine-washing your items in cold water. Non-chlorine bleach, when needed. Tumble dry low. Do not iron directly on the designs.
Q: Do you Carry Children's sizes?
A: Yes we do! The little niños need fun tees too!
Q: What is the size guide for your tees?
A: Below is the chart to help you decide which size you should order.
Q: What is your turnaround time?
A: All orders are hand made and the turn around time is 3-5 business days.
Q: What is your shipping method?
A: All orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail. We do not ship to multiple addresses per order. In the case of lost or undelivered items, Que Rico T-Shirt Co. will not be held responsible.
Q: Can I track my order?
A: Yes you can! Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the USPS tracking number.
Q: Can I order one of your designs in a different color than what's available?
A: At this time, we do not allow changes for specific tee colors. However, there are a few exceptions. If you want another color t-shirt, shoot us an email to see if we have it in stock.
Q: Can I change my order?
A: If you need to change your order, please email us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Q: Can I carry Que Rico T-Shirt Co. in my store?
A: Absolutely, email us at email@example.com for more info.
Q: Can Que Rico T-Shirt Co. set up a pop-up shop or booth at my upcoming event?
A: Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to inquire about us selling at your next event.
Returns + Exchanges
If you are completely unsatisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within 15 days of order date for a full refund or exchange. If returned after 15 days from order date, we will issue an online store credit for the full purchase price. There are, however, a few exceptions:
- The product must not be washed, worn, or otherwise used. If so, the product is no longer eligible for return or exchange. We will send your item back to you without an exchange or refund.
- Due to ongoing sales, replacement stock is never guaranteed - which means you'll need to let us know ASAP if you want a certain design for an exchange. If we do not have what you need in stock, we will provide alternative options for you.
Exchange and returned items will be sent back to us at your expense (we don't provide a prepaid return label). Please note: Exchanges can take up to 4 weeks to arrive. You will need to provide a tracking number for your return so we can verify the product is in transit back to us. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.
All custom orders are final sales - no refunds, returns or exchanges once the orders have been submitted.
